Terms of Service

What Draftnod provides

Draftnod is a workspace for freelancers to organize client projects, requests, drafts, comments and approvals. A freelancer can share a project portal and PIN with a client. The freelancer controls which drafts are published to that portal. Access to a portal through its PIN does not verify a client’s individual identity.

Plans and payments

The Free plan includes one active project and 20 open tasks, without new image uploads. Standard includes five active projects, 100 open tasks and 5 GB of image storage for $7 per month or $70 per year. Pro includes 20 active projects, 300 open tasks and 25 GB of image storage for $15 per month or $150 per year. All plans include client portal access, text and link drafts, comments and approvals. Paid plans allow up to five JPEG, PNG or WebP images per request, note or version, with a 10 MB limit per image. The selected plan, billing period and total payable amount are shown before payment.

Paid plans renew automatically at the billing period you choose. Paddle is the online reseller and merchant of record for paid orders. It processes checkout, payments and refunds. Draftnod provides product support and helps coordinate billing questions with Paddle. Draftnod receives the subscription status needed to enable your plan. Cancellation and plan access

You can manage or cancel a paid subscription through the billing link in your workspace. A cancellation scheduled for the end of the current paid period keeps paid access through that period. When paid access ends, Free plan limits apply. Existing work is not automatically deleted because of a downgrade; actions that exceed Free limits may be unavailable until the workspace is within those limits. Existing authorized images remain viewable and downloadable.

Your account and content

Keep your account credentials and shared project PINs secure. Only submit content you have the right to use, and do not use Draftnod to access another person’s workspace, interfere with the service or break applicable law. You retain your rights to content you submit. You permit Draftnod and its service providers to store, process and display that content as needed to operate the workspace and share it with people you authorize through a project portal.

If a change materially affects your use, we will give notice through the service or by email before it takes effect where practical. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
